Walexbizhost Domain Registration & Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the rules and conditions for domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and refund requests at Walexbizhost ensures transparency, compliance, and consistency in managing client expectations while aligning with global domain registrar standards.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Walexbizhost clients who purchase, renew, or transfer domain names through our platform, whether as standalone services or bundled with hosting and related services.

3. Non-Refundable Domain Registration and Renewal

  • All domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.
  • This applies regardless of whether the domain is used, activated, pointed to hosting, or left idle by the client.

4. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Failed Registrations/Transfers: If a domain registration or transfer fails due to registry/technical issues, Walexbizhost will issue a full refund or credit the client’s account.
  • Short Grace Period (Registry Permitting): In cases where the domain registry allows cancellation within a short period (typically 48–120 hours), Walexbizhost may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund request. Any applicable registry fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refund.
  • Registrar-Initiated Cancellations: Walexbizhost reserves the right to cancel a domain name registration within 30 days of purchase due to compliance, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business reasons. In such cases, a refund may be issued, minus any processing fees.

5. Domains in Bundled Services

  • When a domain name is included as part of a hosting package or bundled service with a money-back guarantee, the domain registration cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • The registered domain will remain the property of the client until its expiration.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued as credit to the client’s Walexbizhost account by default.
  • Upon request, refunds may be processed to the original payment method, subject to bank/payment processor timelines.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via the official Walexbizhost support portal or email ticketing system within the allowable time frame.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure all domain registration details (e.g., domain spelling, TLD, contact information) are correct before completing the order.
  • Walexbizhost is not responsible for errors made during domain submission or configuration by the client.
  • Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, ICANN policies, and registry rules.

8. Policy Enforcement

  • Violation of this policy or any misuse of domain services may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
  • Walexbizhost reserves the right to amend this policy with prior notice to clients.

9. Acknowledgement

By registering, renewing, or transferring a domain through Walexbizhost, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Domain Registration & Refund Policy.
