A brute force attack is detected when someone repeatedly attempts (and fails) to log into a service on a server. The login page may block the connecting IP for a few minutes and stop users from logging in for 5 minutes. It is possible to be blocked for up to 30 minutes, depending on the type of attack.
The only solution is to wait for the time to expire and then try to login again. If your login does not work after 30 minutes, please contact our support staff for assistance.
